Welcome to Notre Dame hall, the home of the Notre Dame Council 3021 of the Knights of Columbus and the Notre Dame Social Club.
Let’s start off this little post with an introduction of sorts, Notre Dame Hall is located in the heart of Downtown Wayne, located at 3144 South Wayne Road, and has been for a little over ten years, and until recently has been branded, Knights of Columbus, but recently changed to Notre Dame Hall. This rebranding is part of our new strategy to become a more integrated part of the Wayne community. The Hall has always been open to the public for rentals, but being branded as The Knights of Columbus, and looking a little shut off to the world did not communicate this message well. So as part of your new community focus, we have rebranded the Hall as Notre Dame Hall and recently purchased the vacant doctor’s office to the south of our current location for expansion. This expansion effort should begin shortly with a roof repair, then the hard work of renovation of the old doctor’s office and the current location will begin. Once completed we should about double the current size of our hall, make is the perfect mid-size rental hall in the area.
Notre Dame Hall, along with The Knights and The Social Club are excited about the future and what great new programs we will be able to offer once the renovations are completed. But until then, we will continue to offer our small hall for rent and continue to bring family friendly events to the local community. Such as our up-and-coming Holiday offerings.
